Your experience with Android Auto might sometimes depend on how lucky you are. I'm on the lucky side, and despite hitting some occasional minor issues, Android Auto has been mostly stable in my cars.

What is this supposed to mean? That Android is modular, made up of many different "pieces" which can be updated separately? That is arguably a strength, not a limitation. Of course bugs are annoying ...
