本报告基于约650名全球开发者与招聘者样本显示，AI正从工具演变为基础设施，改变技术劳动力市场结构。82%的开发者认为生成式AI具有实用价值，较2025年的76%提升6个百分点。与此同时，54%的开发者表示，一旦移除AI工具，其生产效率将下降至少10%。数据表明，AI已深度嵌入开发流程，从代码生成延伸至调试、优化与理解阶段，技术工作的核心正在从“写代码”向“用代码解决复杂问题”转移。
