Police are investigating an alleged assault involving a group of motorcyclists and a driver on the A48 near Llanddarog.

One person was killed Sunday night when the motorcycle they were driving was involved in a crash, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol. The two-vehicle collision happened at about 6:30 p.m.
