Police in Santa Ana are seeking the public's help in identifying a road rage suspect who was caught on video throwing a bike at someone's car.

According to charging documents, Richard Parmer, 64, of Manheim, cut off and then hit the victim with his vehicle at West Main and Manheim streets on Feb. 18.
