本研究针对半天然山地草甸生物多样性保护中马陆群落响应机制不清的问题，通过比较刈割、放牧和弃耕三种管理方式下30个样地的马陆群落特征，发现刈割草甸具有最高活动密度(43.4 ind.)、物种数(5.6种)和香农指数(H=1.32)，群落组成受样地面积和森林距离显著影响。
