Detroit is taking another step toward building a highway cap over I-75, a project aimed at tearing down the barrier that separates downtown from the city's northern neighborhoods.

A second public meeting over a proposed cap over I-75 in Downtown Detroit is scheduled for Tuesday night. The meeting will take place at the MSU Detroit Center starting at 6 p.m.
