意大利华人网2026年3月14日消息：欧盟正在酝酿推出一种全新的公司形式，被称为“EU Inc.”。按照设想，未来创业者只需要通过互联网提交资料，最快48小时就能完成公司注册，费用大约100欧元左右，而且整个流程都可以在线完成。这一制度一旦落地，将大幅简化在欧洲创业和跨国经营的手续。
