Strong winds from Wednesday night continue into Thursday morning, with over tens of thousands of people losing power as a result of the winds.
The utility is monitoring conditions and preparing for storm-related outages. But, it says, response may be delayed as crews are not able to make repairs in dangerous weather conditions.
