It's time for NFL free agency to start – unofficially, of course – as Monday opens the so-called legal tampering period. Follow the moves here.

The Walkertown boys (20-8) will take on Kinston (21-3), and the East Surry girls (25-3) will play Goldsboro (27-2). Both games are at Joel Coliseum in Winston-Salem.
