At the JavaOne conference today, Oracle made a series of announcements related to a new Java Verified Portfolio (JVP) and new JDK Enhancement Proposals (JEPs).

Larijani, one of Iran's most senior leaders, was last seen in public on Friday taking part in Quds Day rallies. Iran has not yet confirmed he has been killed.

Iran has not confirmed whether Larijani has been killed or injured but state media says an update will be issued soon.
