There are a few days left before spring is officially sprung. And college students are already making plans for their coveted spring break.

Spring break is back in South Beach, and the sidewalks are full of people and restaurant tables are nearly full.

The deal requires booking 10 days in advance with an adult fare.

"This is a new day for Miami Beach," City Manager Eric Carpenter said during a press conference Tuesday.
