A Hartford bar that has drawn repeated police responses since opening three months ago has lost its ability to serve alcohol after state regulators pulled its liquor permit Friday.
The calls to 911 poured in from staff at Camp East Montana, the nation's largest U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility, in its first months of operation in El Paso, Texas.
DCP officials suspended the business’ liquor permit after a pattern of behavior requiring police intervention. They add their investigations there have been impeded.
