Abstract: Employees are the main driving force in organizations that undergo recruitment, promotion, and transfer. There are many employee management systems, but most of them are centralized.

This is a web-based HRMS developed as a final year project. The system helps manage employees, leave requests, vacancy announcements, and work schedule preparation.
