One person is dead and another injured after an apparent propane heater fire at an abandoned building near the Lodge Freeway in Detroit Wednesday afternoon.

When the Allegheny County home exploded in 2022, the man was inside with his girlfriend and three kids. The woman filed a protection-from-abuse order a year later.
