This Plaster Embossing Folder takes an easy DIY birthday card to the NEXT LEVEL!😮‍💨 I started off by adding texture to my cardstock using the Plaster 3D Embossing Folder. I am obsessed with the insane detail in this folder… it looks like frosting!😋 Then, I ink blended several layers of balloons using the Party Balloons stencil set with Simon Hurley Inks in the colors: Prom Queen, Shooting Star, and Crown Me. I layered on some polka dots using the same inks and the Polka Dot Assortment Stencil
