Some exercise modifications I’ve made now that I’m well into the 2nd trimester of pregnancy! A few important reminders: ➡️No, you absolutely do not have to perform back squats, deadlifts from the floor, bench press, or barbell hip thrusts - pregnancy or otherwise. You technically don’t have to lift with barbells ever! Twin senior running backs cap off an incredible year by leading their team to an upset victory against undefeated number 1 ranked Nixa in the Missouri Class 6 State Football Finals. Final stats were: Preston Hatfield: 33 Rush Att., 457 yards(championship record), 4 TDs. 5/6 Passing, 37 yards. Payton Hatfield: 7 Att., 86 yards, 1 TD, 4 catches, 37 yards, 2 KOR, 33 yards. An absolutely incredible and clutch performance from two great athletes and great young men. These kids deserve a shot to play
