19 reactions · 4 comments | Robbing the bees. I know that some beekeepers use chemicals to drive their bees from their honey supers. Others may use bee blowers, they look like leaf blowers. I prefer to knock the bees off the frames and to move the bee-less frames to an empty super and cover them with a towel. The towel keeps the bees from getting back onto the frames.
