100 yard Burpee Broad Jump Challenge - Start by doing 1 burpee then broad jumping forward, repeat this "burpee broad jump" pattern for the width of the football field (53 yards) rest for 1 minute and repeat the pattern for 10 total cycles -tip when broad jumping focus on a nice soft controlled landing -if you don't have access to a football field try this exercise for 1 minute non stop resting 1 minute between sets.
