At 5:00am local time today, Severe Tropical Cyclone JUDY (966hPa) CAT 3, was located at 16.8 degrees South 168.3 degrees East. Severe Tropical Cyclone JUDY is positioned at the bottom left corner of the square letter I, number 7 (I,7) of the Vanuatu Tropical Cyclone Tracking Map. Maximum winds close to the center are estimated at 130KM/HR (60Knots) This video was taken by a resident of DYork Street. The roar of the wind & rain this morning is so loud that the rumble of thunder is very faint. | V
