One of the most underrated fruits out, there is the humble loquat. Not only can you use the fruit fresh, in jams, jelly, or syrups, but you can even brew tea with the leaves. The biggest note on growing it is that it flowers in the fall, so you cannot prune it in the fall, like you might other fruit trees. Prune it after it fruits in mid to late spring! ##garden
