Complete Spinal Cord Lesion –🧠🦴 Complete spinal cord lesion means total loss of motor and sensory function below the level of injury with NO sacral sparing (S4–S5). Patients initially develop spinal shock → flaccid paralysis, areflexia, and bowel/bladder loss, followed later by spastic paralysis, hyperreflexia, and positive Babinski.
