So many of you asked for it so here it is! This is a more in depth tutorial for how we do our tomato canning! A couple notes: when working with pots this large it’s normal to have some caramelization on the bottom. This is not burning, but you don’t want to scrape it loose either. If you want to make the best, fool proof, fall apart tender ribs, this is your recipe and couldn’t be easier just follow my method. Picture this, dry rubbed and refrigerated (tightly sealed in foil) for a minimum of 4 hours or up to 24 (I do 24) then slowly roasted at 300 degrees for 2.5 hours, take out of the oven, allow to sit about 20 minutes while you preheat your grill.
