Seated Behind The Neck Press 👉 Bar begins behind the head. 👉 Hands just outside shoulder width. 👉 Elbows directly under the bar 👉 Seated on a bench, feet shoulder width apart. 👉 Press upwards until elbows are extended. 👉 Lower the bar back to the shoulders. 👉 Squeeze glutes and abs to keep posture stable.
