Eva Schloss was a child when Austria was annexed by Nazi Germany. In our clip from The U.S. and the Holocaust, she recounts the moment ordinary life gave way to exclusion and brutality. An Auschwitz survivor and lifelong educator, she dedicated her life to remembrance and Holocaust education.
