Why do cast in urine? اسباب وجود التراكيب الاسطوانية casts في الادرار: 🔹تتكون هذه التراكيب الاسطوانية في الانابيب الملتوية البعيدة في الكلى distal convoluted tubular او القنوات الجامعة (النفرون) distal nephron وتطرح بسبب التدفق القليل و التركيز المنخفض للادرار من الاملاح urinary concentration او انخفاض دالة الحموضة low ph.. 🔹كل الاسطوانات ماعدا الاسطوانات الشمعية waxy cast تتكون من مادة تسمى tamm-horsfall mucoprotein الذي يفرز بواسطة خلايا الانابيب الكلوية.. 🔹ويعود شكلها الاسطواني لانها تتكون
