We walked the coast from Whitby to Robin Hood's Bay along the Cleveland Way, a beautiful 7-mile route that takes about 3 to 4 hours at a relaxed pace. The trail starts opposite Whitby Abbey and heads south, offering sea views for most of the walk. The path is easy to follow, but you’ll come across uneven ground, some steep climbs, and a few slippery spots, especially in winter, so it’s important to wear good walking shoes.
