This cover pic was taken 10 years ago and lasted about a month. Two a day HIIT workouts, huge caloric deficits, sometimes eating completely separate from the family to control my food intake ALL in the pursuit of a lean stomach. It didn’t matter that I was in my mid 30’s and had the body of a teenage boy or that I probably did crazy damage to my hormones. I’m not saying you shouldn’t have goals to be lean, but don’t think it doesn’t come at a cost beyond some dieting sacrifices. #abs #gym #muscl
