We often think of 5:00 p.m., or the weekend, or when the kids go to college, or retirement as this magic moment when we can finally DO NOTHING! And that, my friends, is when our bodies begin to die. Plan rest. Plan sleep. Plan restoration. Plan adventures. Plan a life worth living! But stop planning fo
