Preserving Celery! 🌱 Tips for freezing: for the best texture freeze only the stalks and freeze on a sheet pan before transferring to freezer bags (you know I love a @Stasher !) Dehydrating: Dehydrate for 10-12 hours on your veggie setting (125°) until crunchy. If using a traditional oven use your lowest setting, stir often, until crunchy. (You might need to take the leaves out early so they don’t burn) Celery Salt: Mix 1/4 cup dried celery (leaves or pulverized stems) and 1 cup salt. Mix well.
