Osha Root Medical Benefits

Osha root grows way up in the sub alpine, it prefers wet areas like spots next to creeks and rivers, but can be found elsewhere as well.. it looks alot like and can grow near some very dangerous plants. so I don't recommend that you go harvesting it at all. but it is a truly amazing and sacred medicine plant.
