In case you didn't know, postpartum bleeding AND your period could overlap 😭 Here's what you should know: 🩸 your uterus is healing from where the placenta was attached 🩸 you're shedding blood and fluid 🩸 it's heavier and bright red at first, then will eventually become brown 🩸 blood clots are normal, but no larger than a golf ball 🩸 it'll likely be over within 4-6 weeks And yes, it happens even if you had a C-Section!
