Rib roast garlic mayo = next-level BBQ I fired up my @napoleonproducts Kettle Grill to 140°C (284°F). Took a beautiful little rib roast, used mustard as a binder, and rubbed it in well. Then added a generous layer of PitmasterX Classic BBQ Seasoning and inserted a @chefstemp thermometer. Let the roast cook low and slow until it reaches 52°C (125°F).
