Most men think the adductor machine is just for girls… You couldn’t be more wrong. Your adductors are a vital muscle group for building thickness through your legs. It doesn’t matter how big your quads get - if your adductors are lacking, your legs will always look small. That’s why you should hit adductors at the start of your workout.
