The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform is hosting a youth engagement event in Oniipa, in the Oshikoto Region. The purpose of this engagement is to educate the youth about available opportunities for active participation in sustainable agricultural practices, fisheries development, water security initiatives, and land reform programs. New wheels... The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform today received eight Land Cruiser bakkies, including two converted into mobile veterinary clinics and one truck from the European Union-funded Livestock Support Programme. The vehicles were handed over to the Directorate of Veterinary Services to help strengthen animal health surveillance, combat Foot-and-Mouth Disease, improve traceability and support compliance with export standards.
