This is Martha’s Shortbread. Shortbread is one of Scotland’s most famous exports. My friend Annie was kind enough to share her secret family recipe with me for “Martha’s shortbread” the best shortbread I’ve ever tasted. The recipe has been in her family for hundreds of years and Annie was kind enough to now let me share it with you! To make your own, you will need: 8oz butter: lightly salted, soft and cheap 8oz plain flour/all purpose flour 4oz of baker’s/caster sugar 4oz or corn starch/ corn fl
