Hi there. I am starting on Unity and trying to set up a basic 2D functionality for popping a UI box when the player approaches an NPC to a certain distance, and the box disappearing if the player moves away I have found some tutorials but they seem to be either more complex than I need (i.e. 3D) or out of dated.
