Here’s a very handy (and simple) little jig for repeatedly making the same rosette over and over. This rosette is one Brock (@luthiersworkbench) uses on most of his guitar builds. Rather than drawing it out over and over on the guitar top and VERY carefully aligns the bits before cutting. He starts by making a paper template, then plunging the bit into a piece of MDF with the exact size bit for each of the cuts.
