MUM’S FAT SWEDES! (loosely based on Swedish meatballs but have evolved over time) Since starting chemo, my tummy has been all over the place, which has made eating food a bit more difficult than usual. Also, my tastebuds are messed up! Some foods taste awful, and both coffee and water taste like dirt! 😭 So my mum pulled out the big guns. Her Swedish meatballs have always been a favourite of mine. I was over the moon to find out that they tasted just as good post chemo and didn’t mess with my tu
