When it comes to electric toothbrushes there are some things you should and shouldn’t do! Do’s: ✅ Guide the brush tooth to tooth and let the brush do the work ✅ Use gentle pressure ✅ If your brush has a light sensor, look for white (or green) as an indicator for good pressure ✅ Switch out the toothbrush head at least every 3 months and especially after you are sick ✅ Store your toothbrush upright and in the open so it can dry after each use Don’ts: ❌ Do not scrub ❌ Do not use hard pressure ❌ Do
