Ingredients: 9 inch pie crust in a pan 1 sleeve ritz crackers crushed (32 crackers) 1 & 3/4 cup water 1 & 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 tsp cream of tartar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp butter dotted How to: Crush one sleeve of ritz crackers and add into the bottom of the pie crust. In a pot add the water, sugar, and cream of tartar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer for 15 minutes. Pour hot syrup over ritz crackers. Add 1 tsp cin
