Not to be confused with occlusion culling, frustum culling is a useful method for reducing total draw calls by only rendering what is within the camera's view frustum. Typically these things only impact renderers and do not actually enable or disable the object themselves, that way it can still participate in things like physics even if the player isnt looking at it.
