🌿✨ Preserving Basil the Easy Way! ✨🌿 One of my favorite (and easiest!) ways to preserve basil is by making olive oil basil cubes. Here’s how I do it: 1️⃣ Harvest fresh basil and chop it up - either by hand or with a food processor. 2️⃣ Place the chopped basil into ice cube trays. 3️⃣ Pour olive oil over the basil, filling each cube. 4️⃣ Pop the tray into the freezer for a few hours. Once frozen, just pop the cubes out and store them in a freezer-safe bag. Now you’ve got ready-to-use basil cube
