💥 Hamstring curls upgrade 👀 Here’s a little modification you can make to your lying hamstring curls to lock your hips and back into a better position, and to isolate knee flexion. This is useful for machines where the design doesn’t allow you to lock yourself down into the pad as well as some other designs.
