How to Make Edible Moss Without Eggs | Pastry Madness

I'm using edible moss for this robin's nest. If you want to see how I made it, check out my previous video. You might be wondering why I didn't cover the entire circle with the moss. The reason? The icing doesn't stick well to the crumbs when piped on. The moss is dried cookie crumbs so the stiff nest icing wouldn't grab hold of it well enough to be secure. To help "glue" the nest to the cookie, I smear flood consistency icing in the center of the cookie and pipe the nest on top while it's still
