Brave Bare bones honesty. I’ve been struggling to show up recently. An attack of the old body dysmorphic demons that torture us from time to time. I hope this helps me and anyone else who is feeling that. It’s not about how you look. It really isn’t. Your energy is the thing that makes you attractive or magnetic. Sometimes looking good on the outside helps us let that energy out but we can do it anytime we like, warts and all. I’m still learning… Love to anyone feeling this. You look great. #you
