M40 Motorway UK Birmingham to London - Actual Speed

A driver has been caught on camera going the wrong way on Highway 7/8 in Kitchener. The video, which was posted to social media, was taken Monday morning near the Victoria and Wellington Street exit. The vehicle could be seen travelling against traffic in the far left lane. Another driver could also be heard honking as they passed by.
