Since posting the tendinopathy update article by Dr. Michaud, I have been asked for upper quarter variations. I've been experimenting with the lengthened and 70% MVC concept in a few elbow cases and shoulder cases. In this video I go over examples for supraspinatus tendinopathy as well as chronic medial and lateral epicondylalgia.
