110kg hang power snatch triple 💪🏾 Haven’t done many hang power snatches recently. I’d argue anything from hang is a pretty big weakness for me, as I suck at loading my posterior correctly, and just use my arms. But I guess maybe I’m getting slightly better?!😅 just in time for there to be zero snatching in the Open/Quarters/Semis this year. Power snatch - a complex lift as it combines strength, speed, coordination & flexibility. With the power snatch there is a re bend of your knee to pull yourself under the bar (muscle snatch - no re bend of your knee, see previous video). The power position is any where above parallel (hip crease above the knee).
