According to the National Hurricane Center, Matthew is moving up the coast toward the north-northwest near 13 miles per hour. On the current forecast track, the center of the storm will be near or over the east coast of the Florida peninsula through tonight (10/7), and near or over the coasts of Georgia and South Carolina on Saturday (10/8).
