Today we take you behind the scenes of one of Eden’s most loved creations. Our cannoli, made fresh on the spot, are becoming a real favourite. This customer ordered two pistachio and we filled them live with our pistachio gelato, then finished them with warm pistachio sauce and a crunchy pistachio topping that everyone loves.
